Dear Gaia Protocol Community,
Gaia Protocol has successfully completed the core system redevelopment and technology migration aimed at strengthening the foundation for a community-driven ecosystem and enhancing user experience. This notice provides an overview of the recently completed updates as well as upcoming features.
1. Official Website Renewal Completed
The official website has been completely redesigned to better communicate the philosophy and structure of the project, while greatly improving navigation and information accessibility.
The new website is designed with scalability and future feature integration in mind, allowing the community to explore and understand Gaia Protocol more intuitively.

2. Gods & Gaia Names System Redevelopment and Address Change
The Gods system has been rebuilt with a more stable and flexible architecture,
and the previous address thegods.gaia.cc
has been changed to gods.gaia.cc
.
Gaia Names now offers enhanced on-chain identity functionality and lays the groundwork for integration with various Web3 services.

- Gaia Names: https://names.gaia.cc
3. Development Approach Shift – Active Adoption of Open-Source Modules
Moving away from a fully in-house development approach, we have actively adopted trusted open-source modules to boost productivity and reliability. This shift also enables easier collaboration with external developers, which is beneficial for the growth and scalability of the ecosystem.
4. Backend Migration: Supabase → Cloudflare
The existing Supabase-based backend has been fully migrated to a Cloudflare-based backend, following technical reviews and community feedback.
Cloudflare provides:
- A global edge network
- Serverless computing environment (Workers)
- High-performance content delivery & DDoS protection
- Web3-friendly features (IPFS, ENS, etc.)
This choice perfectly aligns with Gaia Protocol’s commitment to decentralization, security, and global scalability.
5. Gods & Gaia Names Integration in Valhalla
Our holder-only messenger Valhalla now supports both Gods and Gaia Names functionalities. You can now view and manage your Gods and Name Service settings directly inside Valhalla.
- Join the Android Test: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.gaiaprotocol.valhalla
The iOS version is delayed due to Web3-related app review issues. We are in ongoing discussions with the Apple review team.
Future Direction
With this system redevelopment and infrastructure migration completed, no further large-scale structural overhauls are planned. Our focus will now shift to feature enhancements, community integration, and expanding the user-driven ecosystem.
Thank you, Gaia Protocol Team
